Public Liability Insurance (2023/24)
Public liability insurance insures WA Labor and people working on our behalf (including volunteers) for claims against us by third parties. Many organisations (such as shopping centres) require such a policy before allowing stalls or similar.
It is essential that all issues regarding this insurance is discussed with Party Office - please call us on 9328 7222.
WA Labor insures all people, including Party members, who do voluntary work for the Party. It is like workers' compensation for volunteers.
It is not designed to fully compensate injured volunteers, and includes certain exclusions, but it is a contribution to assist anyone injured in the course of assisting the Party.

The fundraising code of conduct explains the protocols which Labor members and units must follow when fundraising for the party, candidates, sub-branches and other units.
This form is needed to obtain permissions for any photos taken of community members to allow use of them on party materials.
